OUR COMMITMENT

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are produced and processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

GLOBAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: Buyer’s remorse. Incorrect size, color, design, or style selection. Shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. Minor variations inherent to on-demand production.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

TRACKING & CARRIERS

Orders ship via trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination.

Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.

Please contact blessings@divinityadivina.com within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation for review.

SIZE, COLOR & PRINT DISCLAIMER

Measurements provided in size charts are for guidance. Slight variations may occur.
Colors may appear different due to screen settings and printing processes. Each item is uniquely produced as part of our on-demand model.

ORDER POLICIES

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LOST, DELAYED, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Divinity Adivina® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
If a package appears delayed, please allow additional carrier processing time before reaching out.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.

PEAK SEASONS & HOLIDAYS

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may extend beyond standard estimates.
We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
